Halloween is one of the best times of the year for many because it gives those who love to scare a chance to decorate their homes with creepy, gory, and downright disturbing decorations. Halloween is not all about the scare but the games as well. The responsibility of any party host is to keep the party guests entertained all party long.
Pumpkin Bean Bag Toss. Make the bean bags orange and black, and you've got yourself a Halloween Pumpkin Bean Bag toss game for everyone to enjoy. The option to use real pumpkins or plastic pumpkins, commonly use to collect candy, is obtainable for this game. The object of the game is to throw as many bean bags in the pumpkins in time or in a selected amount of throws.
The Ghost Hunt Game. You will need images of ghosts for this game, whether they are photographs, drawings, or cartoons. Take photos around the house, and using a photo-editing program, place pictures of ghost (cartoonish or realistic) in the pictures. Ensure the ghost are not too obvious to spot but are visible to the naked eye. Sit the party guests down in one area and hold up the pictures on by one. The player who can spot the ghost first in the picture earns a point. The player with the most points once all the pictures are shown wins.
Creepy Bobbing Game For Halloween. Bobbing for apples may be fun, but using gummy worms, snakes, insects, and other creepy gummy things makes it hilarious. Use a red liquid substance instead of water. Make sure the players are capturing their creepy items using only their teeth!
Mummy Wrap. Mummy Wrap is played by wrapping toilet paper around two players as fast as possible. The first team to wrap the mummy completely is the winning team.
Villain Clues Game. Place index cards on the backs of the party guests. The object of the game is to guess the villain by asking other players yes and no questions. Villains can include Darth Vader, Dracula, Freddy Kruger, Jason, Leatherface, Wolfman, The Joker, and many others.
Bag of Bones. The object of this game is to collect bones around the party area. Trick or treat bags might be appropriate for this Halloween game, or you can hand out burlap bags to make it creepier. Award points for certain bone parts such as 10 points for finding a skull, 5 points for a hand, 2 points for a femur and so forth. The player who has the highest number of points once the game concludes is the winner.
