Start your summer off right with a great Memorial Day party filled with activities and games for everyone. For many, Memorial Day is a time to gather the family and friends and have a party. with all parties, party games must be present and on Memorial Day, the opportunity to play all sorts of party games is available. When you add games and activities to your list of Memorial Day party supplies and invitations, your party should be great. Create a fun time for all by playing party games all will enjoy.
Beach Ball Volley Ball. Parties taking place in the great outdoors, at a park or large back yard with a volley ball net, can play a fun game of beach ball volley ball. Just like a regular game of volley ball, the object of the game is to punch or tap the beach ball over the net onto the opponents side.
Blind Tag. A blindfold added to a game of tag can make the game lots of fun, when each team starts at opposite directions. Players must wear a blindfold at all times, and if caught cheating, they lose. On go, the two players must approach, or avoid, the other with instructions from their teammates.
Soccer Ball Bowling. The object of this game is to kick a soccer at soda bottles from a distance. Place small amounts of water or sand to ensure the bowling pins aka the pins do not fall over so easily. Also, space the pins out making it more difficult to get a strike.
Racing With Water and Buckets. The object of this game is to run with a bucket full of water on the players head and back again to the finish line. Two teams should be chosen to begin with. Each team stands in a line with the first player in each line with the water-filled bucket on their head. On go, the player must run as fast as possible with the bucket on their head and return to the start line. The first player than passes the bucket to the next player in line and so forth. The team with the most water after both teams have crossed the line is the winning team. When a team finishes first, the water difference will need to be measured to really determine the winner. If the difference in water is less than half an inch, the team with more water with a faster time wins. If the water difference is more than a half inch then the team who finished second wins.
Games will add another dimension to your start-of-the-summer Memorial Day Party. In an added bonus for party guests, create a Memorial Day Party Supplies Champion with the winner receiving the most total points at the end of the party games. Each game can be worth one point to the overall total of the participants.
